Ford Vent reinforcement

Sold in a set of 5. This support bracket is designed for roof AC vents found in many early 2000s Ford vehicles. I originally created it based on the vents in my Excursion, but it’s compatible with other models from that era as well. It's intended to stabilize vents that tend to loosen over time due to deterioration of the headliner.The bracket features four wings with holes that can either be secured with tacks or glued directly to the inner vent housing, providing a reinforced anchor to keep the vents firmly in place. I test-printed the design in PETG and finalized it in polycarbonate (PC), which holds up better in high summer temperatures and prevents warping.
